FAQ

What is liquidation?

Liquidation, though a complex term, plays a crucial role in multiple industries. Specifically, it falls under a broader category known as Reverse Logistics. Essentially, liquidation refers to a strategy used by retailers, product owners, and sellers to quickly generate revenue from products that:

  1. Aren’t selling well
  2. Are out of season
  3. Have been returned by customers
  4. Are overstocked
  5. Are no longer affordable

Typically, these items are sold at discounted prices ranging from 1% to 50% of their original value. We partner with numerous vendors, including many you likely shop with, which allows us to offer you incredible savings.

Here’s where it gets exciting! The possibilities are endless. Customers often purchase liquidation items for personal use, side projects, gifting, reselling, launching retail businesses, or even for secondary income. Many people also buy just for fun or leisure. You decide how often and how much to purchase. While some treat it as a business opportunity, others simply enjoy the savings.

You don’t need any special licenses or permits to shop with us. However, if you hold a Sales Tax ID or operate a registered business, feel free to schedule a consultation to unlock additional discounts and benefits.

Our Locations

We currently have two locations:

  • Rogers, AR – 2201 N 17th St, 72756
  • Little Rock, AR – 10624 Otter Creek E Blvd, 72103

We offer liquidated merchandise sourced from major retailers, meaning we buy products that stores can’t sell or no longer want. This gives our customers access to unbeatable discounts! Whether you’re a reseller or someone tired of paying full price, everyone benefits.

Our offerings change regularly and include top retailers such as AMZ, LWS, HD.com, W@lmart, $ General, and more. (Yes, acronyms are necessary, but we get it—they can be odd!)

Please note that we don’t test or inspect most of our products before sale, particularly for pallet programs (with exceptions for special promotions). This helps us maintain an average price that’s often under 70%—sometimes even 80%—of the original value.

Retail and bin products are also untested, but we offer testing in-store. Don’t worry—we’ll never sell you a defective product without addressing the issue.

Yes, you can! Whether shopping at our physical locations or online, we allow you to choose your desired pallets before making a purchase. While we’re still fine-tuning the online system, visiting us in-store guarantees a seamless experience. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

Buy as many pallets as you can afford or as many as your vehicle can accommodate. We have a large supply to choose from!

Absolutely! We offer pallet shipping and even let customers arrange their own shipping. However, it’s important to research shipping options beforehand, as some pallets can be heavy and require specialized handling. Lift gates or terminal pickup services from freight companies can help you save money. For shipping inquiries, contact us with your zip code and order details for the best advice.
